Don't let your to-do list to overwhelm you?
Updated: Aug 13, 2020
Hello here's the first blog post of August 2020. Which is a huge month for me personally?
Disclaimer: I am not a therapist. This is just from my personal experiences and how I've managed my mental health.
I'm going to show you a few ideas to help de-stress your mind when you get overwhelmed by your to-do list.
A little bit of background on me is that I have PTSD and Bipolar. Journaling and art are my coping skills. I get overwhelmed when my anxiety doesn't stop my thoughts race. So I often do "brain dumps" in my bullet journal. I also use an app for my to-do lists this is effective for many reasons but it also less hurtful to the environment.

I have my daily tasks along with things that I'd like to get done. Things that need to be done. I want help you start by creating a brain dump PDF template for you. It will be free. I hope that you enjoy it.
I going to say three major things happening to me this month.
1.) Starting a new job.
2.) Starting another semester of college.
3.) Planning to work on logically makes my business goals for the end of 2020.
