Living with trauma
I'm working hard not to cry as I write this post. I've gone through a mediation change. Also had a family member in hospital.

Living with someone who has PTSD is hard sometimes it might mean walking on eggshells. Due to not knowing what their triggers are. Or them discovering more of the blocked memories and new triggers coming up. Today I learned two things. One, my feelings are valid. Two, I am safe now in my current relationship. I will no longer allow toxic people in my life.
This was my realization that I found out the other day.
Custom artwork I made for someone. These are the two of three.
