Journal Is always been a huge one for mental health IS health! And it needs to be taken as seriously as any other illness.

I want to share my own personal journey with my mental health. I have to PTSD and Bipolar disorder. I am a recovering alcoholic and recreational drug user.
I have worked on my alcoholism and trying to quick cold turkey for my son sake and health as I had found out I was pregnant.
Let’s move on to the ways I've learned to cope. First. I list them out them go into more details.
