I use my art to help me cope. So when I get stressed out I draw or color. I like to decompress when doing a coloring page.

Mental health has always been a part of my life i first got diagnosed with PTSD at 16 years old. At 18 I got diagnosed with PTSD and bipolar disorder. Finally the right diagnoses so I could find the right medication.

I wrote my memoir talking about my art, mental health, addiction. You can buy my book on Amazon it published under Marie Owens.
