Self care for an artist

This week let's talk about self care and the many ways you can do it as an artist.

What is self care? Self-care is the practice of individuals looking after their own health using the knowledge and information available to them. Let's talk about how self care can be beneficial. Engaging in self-care activities can promote overall well-being. This can include regular exercise, maintaining a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, practicing relaxation techniques (such as deep breathing or meditation), and pursuing hobbies or activities that bring you joy.

Today on Tuesday as I write this I made a strawberry clobber. From a simple recipe and fresh strawberries.

I took a long walk today in nature and it was alright took me about an hour. I took the walk with my son and my fiancee.
