Self care is important for your mental health.

Hello to my readers first thanks for reading this blog. I want to talk about three things I do as sell care for my mental health.

1.) I make art. It relaxes me and calms my mind.

A painting I made recently which is for sell.

2.) I read books. I always enjoyed reading books and it been a coping skill before I knew what a coping skill was. I am currently reading milk and honey by Rupi Kaur. It was a thrift store find and it been on my list for a long time.

3.) I journal wherever comes to my mind in brain dumps. I journal on prompts brine form the internet.
